Candy Bar Posters have always been popular! I think I’ve made a few in my high school days.
Well, recently I saw this super cute Father’s Day Candy Poster. I LOVED that it was all about dad. My only thing about candy bar posters is I hate coming up with the phrases and I don’t enjoy writing it out and making sure everything lines up right and looks okay (I’m a little OCD – lol!) It was then that I decided to make a Father’s Day Candy Bar Poster Print. That’s right – a PRINTABLE!! I’ve done all the hard work for ya. Going off of the poster at Bits of Everything, I made the printable so that all you have to do is download, print and add the candy in the designated spots. Easy peasy and a little easier for the rest of the OCD people like me out there who like it looking perfect. š
SUPPLIES:
– Candy Bar Printable
– 16×20 frame
– 16×20 print of family or kids
– Glue Spots
– Candy (all found at Wal-Mart)
- Mentos Gum – UP 2 U
- Orbit Gum
- Fun-Size Milky Way
- Fun-Size Mounds
- Small Now & Later (may have to get at the local candy store)
- Regular Size Rolo
- Fun-Size York
- Extra Gum
- Fun-Size 100 Grand
- Fun-Size Almond Joy
DIRECTIONS:
I sent mine to my local Sam’s Club (you could send it to Wal-Mart too) to have printed as a 16×20 print. It costs $5.96 at Sams.
2. Then I purchased all my candy. What’s great about this is a lot of the candy are fun-size which means you will buy it in a package (about a buck each) so there will be plenty of candy. Take this opportunity to call your girlfriends or sisters and make your candy posters together so you can split the cost.

3. Once you have your print place the family/kid print behind, add the candy bar print to your frame.
4. Place candy on the frame with your glue spots. If you decide not to do a frame and want it more “poster-board style” I still recommend using the glue spots because hot glue can melt your candy.
Now you have a perfectly spaced candy bar poster! LOL š

This is a great idea to have it printed! I’ve made these before but have always typed out the phrases and mounted them to colored foam board. I followed your instructions but Sam’s photo site (doing it online) tells me it’s not a good resolution size and it crops off the “dear _____” section off. Any advice? Costco’s photo online center tells me the same.
