If you’ve been to the site before, you already know I have a slight addiction with Jar Gifts. I don’t know why but things are just cuter when they’re packaged nicely in a cute, glass jar – wouldn’t you agree?? I kind of love the fact that they’re super cheap and make great and inexpensive gifts. Fill those jars up with treats of any kind, and you have a cute, inexpensive and sweet treat, right?!
Well, I decided to make an Easter Jar Gift and made a few prints for the different people you may be giving it to. I thought friends, neighbors and teachers would cover it. ๐ Just like past Egg-themed gifts, this one is also another Egg-Cellent Easter Gift. ๐
The best part about these Jar Gifts is that they only take minutes to put together!! Those are the kinds of gifts I’m always looking for because I don’t have tons of times these days. You know what I’m saying?? ๐
Here’s what you’ll need to make them…
SUPPLIES:
– Jars
– Egg Candy
– Prints (available for download below)
– Ribbon
– Glue Dots
– Spray Paint (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin by spray painting your lids. You don’t have to do this but it takes minutes and just adds the perfect touch. I spray painted yellow, let it dry and topped it with 2 layers of spray polyurethane and let dry completely. I LOVE the yellow!
2. Fill your jars, add your lid, and top with ribbon. This cute burlap ribbon is from Hobby Lobby.
3. Save and Print the tags you want by clicking on the tag you want, and right-clicking and SAVING. Open them in a program like WORD, re-size and add them to your jar using glue dots.
That’s all you have to do to make this cute gift!!
Told you it was easy!

This is such a fun DIY and I love the sweet printable! We included it in our round up of 20 Free Easter Printables: http://www.witandwander.org/20-free-easter-printables/
Thanks for sharing such a fun idea!
when I tried to resize it and printed it out it looked out of focus? Any idea how I can resize and have it still look perfect?
These are super cute! Would you know how I could change the words to include an egg-cellent assistant? I tried to open with the edit feature but I couldn’t figure out how to change the words. Thank you!
