With Father’s Day coming up next month I decided to share with you a cute, Free Father’s Day Questionnaire for the kiddos and grandkiddos to fill out for the favorite fellas in their lives. Like the Mother’s Day printables I did before, these have fun questions to fill out, as well as a place for the kid’s to draw and color a picture to go along with the fun answers they give.
I love these surveys because they are so versatile. They work great on their own, but also can be added to a gift to make the day a little more fun and personal.
