All summer long my kids PLAY. It’s their favorite thing to do, and why wouldn’t it be??
There’s no school…. no homework…. no early bedtime!!
Summer is every kid’s dream, and it’s a time to have fun and to relax and spend time with family and friends. It’s also a time for vacations, but we are sticking around all summer long, which means the kids will be doing lots of playing with friends and the neighbor kids. Since the knocks and doorbell rings are in full force already, I thought it would be a good idea to make some Printable Door Hangers that are Play Outside Signs letting kids know if they can play or not. Not sure how it works out this way, but 80% of the time a neighbor knocks on the door asking for the kids to play, we are either headed out the door or it’s after 8 at night and the kids are getting ready for bed. LOL. Crazy, I know, but with this in mind I asked Kendra of Key Lime Designs to put together some cute signs inspired by THESE.
She made the cutest signs that are RED with an X through it for not being able to play OR Green and no X if they can play. I think they turned out perfect. So cute, and even easy to understand for those kiddos that can’t read just yet!!
We will definitely be printing these out and will probably laminate them too so they last a little longer.
