Christmas is just 17 days away, and if you’re anything like me you still have a number of gifts to buy. 😉 But – don’t fret! I have several simple and inexpensive gift ideas that I think your friends and family will love!
Today’s gift ideas were made using Better Homes & Garden products at Walmart. Not sure if you remember, but I took part in a Live event in New York City in October at Better Homes & Gardens headquarters. We shared all sorts of great ideas to get everyone guest ready for the holidays. I did a segment with candles and showed you how to use them and also shared how I made cute gifts out of them. Well, that’s what I’m doing today!!
There are so many BHG candles and wax warmers found at Walmart that I love! I like to turn these cute products into gifts because they’re cute, simple and inexpensive. Here are some of my favorite holiday products perfect for gift giving:

I did it last year for Christmas and wanted to do it again this year and knew this Candle Gift idea would be great for friends and neighbors. I used the tags found HERE for the project.
Download the tag above by CLICKING on the tag, and then RIGHT-CLICKING and SAVING. Open it in a program like WORD, RE-SIZE and PRINT. Adhere the tag to the candle with glue dots and wrap some ribbon or twine up top and you’re set!!
Or you can use it as a tag. Just punch a hole up top, add some ribbon and attach it to the gift!!
OR… one last idea…
You can put a candle in this BHG Candle Holder (available in-store only) for something a little festive and nice.

It will be the first year in over four years that all four of my siblings will be all under one roof for Christmas! There is nothing better than not only being home for Christmas, but having all those you love there too! I absolutely cannot wait! A little snow would be great too!:)

OH what I love most is seeing the excitement in the childrens eyes! So precious how excited they get! LOVE going to look at Christmas lights at night….we just drive around. So beautiful!

I love sharing the meaning behind Christmas with my children as we do the Jesse tree. This year they are so excited to be making their own ornaments to go along with the story.

What I love most about the holidays is celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I love to decorate the house for the holidays.

Looking back on Christmas in the past and bring the traditions forward for the younger folks. It is nice to say..this is your Grandmother stuffing recipe, and Great Grandmother’s sweet potatoes. To tell the story how Granddad and his sister during the depression invited all the kids around to come and having some more turkey while the grown up took a nap. I love my family now and my family that has given us great memories and recipes.
I like the whole family being together in a room without the tv on:) , and I like that it’s in the morning in a room where you can feel the sun coming in from the window right by the tree, and we let all three dogs in the room they normally are not allowed to go in.
I enjoy spending time with my relatives that visit from out of town at the holidays.
