This is the time of year when I am in the kitchen baking as much as possible. Not only does it warm up the house, but there’s nothing better than the smell of fresh baked goods! Don’t you agree?
I also love to bake and take sweet treats to neighbors and friends nearby. In fact, every year my mom and sisters and SILs get together to bake goodies, swap treats and make cookie plates to deliver to friends. I was so sad when I realized I wouldn’t be able to do that year now being in Texas. That all changed when my mom suggested this week that we wait to do it until I’m in town next week – YAY!! Sure, my TX friends won’t get any but I’ll have to think of some other goodies for them. š
If you’re looking for some Food Gift Ideas to make and hand out this year, I’ve rounded up my favorites from the web. I hope you like them!!

btw i love these ideas!
Love this idea! I tried it for b-day picknik and everyone loved it. I added few rasberries between the cake and the frosting, yummy. The cake was a bit dry so maybe next time Iāll add few rasberries to the jar befor the batter as well. Yeah, there will definitely be a next time
Nice!!
